Three ways to do it
A buffet takeover works from about thirty guests, with grill platters, curries and breads laid on for the room. A seated feast brings three courses to the table from a menu agreed with you beforehand. Drinks and bites suits launches and receptions, with canapes off the grill and a drinks package.
