This notice explains what Legends Bar and Grill collects when you use this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. We are the data controller for that information.
What we collect
When you book a table: your name, email address, phone number, party size, date and time, plus anything you tell us about an occasion, allergies or access needs.
When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message.
When you enquire about private hire: the above plus your company if you give one, your event date, guest numbers, occasion, budget band and requirements.
Automatically: your IP address and browser details, recorded with form submissions so we can deal with spam and abuse.
Why we collect it
To take and manage your booking, to answer your enquiry and to run the venues. The lawful basis is performance of a contract for bookings, and our legitimate interest in responding to you for enquiries.
We only send marketing email if you ticked the box asking us to. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email, or email us and we will remove you.
How long we keep it
Booking and enquiry records are kept for twenty four months, then deleted. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw them.
Who sees it
Our own staff at the relevant venue, and our hosting provider, which stores the data on servers in the United Kingdom. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@legendsbargrill.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
